That'd totally work if you were putting them in the food processor. I'm adverse to the food processor because there are multiple parts to clean. Not only uniform but I can pretend no egg whites are in it. Yeah, hate the whites. Added bonus is very little mayo required.<br />I look forward to you solving egg peeling issues.
