Have you heard of Clara? I was stumbling down the rabbit hole of blog links yesterday (instead of working on my to-do list) and I came across her page Great Depression Cooking with Clara. She is 94 and fabulous. She does little videos and gives you tips on how to cook foods and make certain foods stretch further on a budget. And she's so endearing. Here is her Christmas video about making artichokes that I enjoyed very much, even though I don't enjoy artichokes.
